Ganjala Pass Trekking

Ganja la Pass trekking is one another attraction in the Langtang region. Ganja la pass trekking starts from Sybru Bensi and ends at Melamchi Pul Bazar. From Sybru Bensi, you follow the Langtang River to the east until you get to Kyanjin Gompa (3,049 m), where there is a small Buddhist monastery and a cheese factory initiated 1955 by the Swiss Association for Technical Assistance. On the way, you can have spectacular views of Langtang Lirung, Tibetan peaks and other mountains. You have a rest at Kyanjin Gompa for about a day for acclimatization. Next day, you head up to Ganja La Pass (5122m), from there we can have magnificent views of villages and pristine Himalayas etc. The tea house facilities are not available in Ganja La region; hence trekking should be fully supported and self-sufficient to meet all requirement and contingencies.
