Everest region is very famous trekking region which is known as Khumbu region where Khumbu glacier is flowing on the lap of Mount Everest 8848m "Top of the world".Everest is known as Sagarmatha in local Nepali language and Chomolungma in tibetan language.Also,this region is known as native land of Sherpa people who are very famous for mountaineering expedition in Everest and other himalayan expedition projects. This region offers sherpa buddhist culture in tibetan traditional way. There are so many trekking destinations above 5000m in this region like Everest kalapathar,Everest Base camp,Everest Gokyo peak,Choa la pass,renzo la pass,Everest pike peak dudh kunda trekking etc.
Everest national park is world heritage site preserve by UNESCO. Everest national park attempts wide varieties vegetation,flora and fauna.You can see excellent view of Everest, Nuptse, pumari Ama Dablam and and other so many beautiful mountains during the trek.This trek continue through Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche,Lobuche and Gorak Shep. Either trek can start from Lukla after flying from Kathmandu or Jiri.Local lodges are available in the region so tea house treks are possible in the region.
Everest Gokyo Lake Trekking
After flying from Kathmandu into Lukla, we'll begin trekking to the Sherpa capital Namche Bazaar and on to the turquoise glacial waters of Gokyo Lakes , sacred to Tibetan Buddhist living in this area. Rising for an early start, we'll trek to the summit of Gokyo ri for some of the best mountain views in all of Nepal . We'll travel across the Ngozumpa Glacier before crossing Cho- La Pass to Dzongla.

This trekking offer the famous temple of Lord Muktinath lies in the district of Mustang and is situated about 18km northeast of Jomsom at an altitude of about 3,802m. Everest Gokyo Chola Pass Trekking
