Can we get tourist visa in Kathmandu airport?
-Yes, you can get tourist visa in Kathmandu airport on arrival. Visa form will be distributed by airhostess in plane while you will be flying to Kathmandu. Tourist visa fees: Nepal entry visa 25 dollars or equivalent foreign currency for 15 days, 40 dollars or equivalent foreign currency for 30 days. You should have two passport size photos for the visa formalities at immigration office.
Or you can apply Nepal tourist visa in your home country at office of Nepalese Consulate Embassy before your arrival in Nepal.
How can we meet in Kathmandu Airport?
-Our company representative member will be displaying our board “Altitude Randonnée Trekking” who will welcome you at airport and transfer to hotel in Kathmandu.
Is there facility of internet at hotel in Kathmandu?
-Yes, you will get free internet service at hotel in Kathmandu.
Is there Laundry service at hotel in Kathmandu?
-Yes, you will have to pay for laundry service.
Can we leave the unnecessary things for the trek at your office?
-Yes, either you can leave at our office or at hotel in store.
What equipments should we bring for trekking/peak climbing & expedition?

Can we buy trekking cloths, gears and equipments in Kathmandu?
-Yes, you can buy all in Kathmandu in the trekking shops of Thamel which will be cheaper than in your country. But we suggest you to bring your own usual gears, equipments and cloths from your home country which you will get easy and comfortable to use and wear.
Are there electricity facilities to charge our digital camera and batteries during the trek?
-Yes, there are electricity facilities in trekkers’ lodge/hotel in most of the villages which are run by solar power or mini hydro electricity centre. We request you to bring your adapters.
Are there any communications services like internet, international telephone calls etc during the trek?
-Yes, there are international telephone and internet services in some lodges/hotels during the trek. But now a days, most of the places cover mobile network connection. Our staffs will carry mobile phones to give us trek update.
Can we use credit cards during the trek?
-No, it’s not possible to use any kinds of credit cards during the trek. So, we request to our clients to carry cash in Nepali rupees for the expenses.
Can we change Euros or Dollars during the trek?
-Yes, Some lodge or hotel owners can change Euros or Dollars but change rate will be lower than in Kathmandu. Our guide will assist you to change Nepali rupees if you need.
How much money in average do we need for personal expenses per day?
-In cities like Pokhara or Kathmandu, you r personal expenses will be around 15 Dollars or 12 Euros for mineral waters, cold drinks, lunch and dinner. But you will have ideas to economize your budget.
